  • How do renter and contractor portals work?

    The account owner will invite residents, contractors and staff members to join the system. They’re level of access depends on the permissions set by the account owner. Once the invitation is sent, the receiver just needs to accept, set a password and login. It’s that simple.

  • How do paid plans work?

    Pricing for paid plans is month-to-month based on the number of units you manage. We also offer yearly payments by invoice for corporations. If you manage 1000+ units you qualify for our enterprise pricing. Please select this option when you are customizing your plan on the pricing page.
